## How to Close My Account and Cancel My Subscription?

Closing your Netmaker account is a straightforward process.

We're sorry to see you considering leaving Netmaker. Before you proceed, please note that closing your account is an **irreversible action**. If you're sure you want to continue, follow these steps for a smooth account closure process:

### Important Notice

Closing your account will automatically delete all your active tenants and their associated **subscriptions.**

### Account Closure Process

### Sign in

* Sign in to your account: <https://account.netmaker.io/>

### Open your profile

* In the bottom-left corner of your dashboard, click on your email to access your profile.
* Or directly go to the profile page by navigating to: <https://account.netmaker.io/profile>

### Close your account

* On the Profile page, scroll to the end and click the **Close my account** button.

### Leave feedback (optional)

* You can leave feedback about why you're leaving before confirming the account closure.
